In-House End-of-Season Tournament Schedules Now Available

ERGYB IN-HOUSE BASKETBALL

We are excited for the upcoming 2008 ERGYB season! The ERGYB in-house
basketball program provides an environment where girls can have fun while
learning basketball fundamentals and improving their basketball skills. The
in-house program practices will begin the week of September 8th. Coaches
will have their rosters on September 6th and call their players shortly
thereafter to let them know the exact evening and time for practices.
In-house games will begin on Saturday, September 20th. Games will be played
on Saturdays with the mid-season jamboree on October 11th (also team picture
day). The end of the season tournament will be November 21st and 22nd.

1st and 2nd graders will practice one day per week for one hour with
pre-game skills and games on Saturdays (no scores will be kept for 1st and
2nd grade). 3rd and 4th grade girls will have one practice per week for one
hour with skills competition and game on Saturdays. 5th and 6th grade girls
will have two one hour practices per week with skills competition and game
on Saturdays. We will also offer 7th thru 9th grade in-house program this
season. The practices and games will depend on the number of girls
interested.

Volunteer coaches are needed for the in-house teams. Please let us know if
you are interested in being a head coach or an assistant coach. We will
have a coaching clinic prior to the season on Saturday September,6th. this
is to help better equip the coaches, hand out rosters, review rules, and to
get the equipment bags.

We will have a new ERGYB logo this season and the uniforms will have numbers
on the front and back. Also new to this season will be online registration.

The ERGYB in-house season will be a great way to learn the game of
