Registration now open for the 2024 Girls Friday High School Camp
Join the Elk River girls high school players and coaches for a skills development and conditioning camp!
Please note the session that your player will attend corresponds to the grade she will be entering in the fall of 2024.
Camp dates: June 14, 21, 28
July 12, 19, 26
Aug 2, 9
Location: Elk River High School Field House
Sessions: K-4th - 9-10am
5th-8th - 10-11am or 11-12am

Registration now open for the 2024 Elk River Girls High School Basketball Team Camp
3rd - 8th grade players have the opportunity to participate in the 2024 Summer Camp, led by the elk river high school basketball team and coaching staff. Your player will receive 3 days of training, focusing on skill development and conditioning.
Days: June 25-27, 2024
Location: Elk River High School Fieldhouse and main gyms
Cost: $75/player payable online
Sessions:
3rd & 4th: 12:00-1:00 pm at the ERHS Fieldhouse
5th & 6th: 1:30-3:00 pm at the erhs Main gym
7th & 8th: 3:00-4:30 pm at the erhs main gym
When registering, please select the grade your child will be attending in the fall of 2024.
2024 STRENGTH AND SPEED SUMMER Program
Starting June 10th- Aug 1st
Meets: Monday-Thursday.
Cost $170
Program Goals
The Elk River Strength & Speed program offers each participant the opportunity to become a better athlete through a sound strength and speed development program. This program has proven to assist its participants to have greater success in their respective sports.
The three primary goals of the program are:

To decrease the chance of injury for each participant

To give each participant a greater chance to reach his/her potential

To help increase each participant’s self-confidence

Core Strength/Abdominal work
Each strength-training program is individualized and based on each individual’s strength level.
