Due to the demand for our FREE Little Hoopers Basketball Camp, hosted by Elk River Girls Youth Basketball, another time slot has been opened. Little Hoopers is designed for girls ages 4 to 6 who are ready to have fun, learn the basics of basketball, and make new friends.

Camp Details:
Dates: May 4, May 18, and June 1
Times: 2:00 - 3:00 PM or 3:00-4:00PM (Full)
Location: Lincoln Elementary School

Not only will the girls have an amazing time, but every participant will also receive a FREE basketball and a FREE T-shirt! Plus, players from the Elk River High School Girls Basketball team will be there to assist, coach, and ensure every child has a fantastic time!

There are only 30 spots available, so make sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible! This is a fantastic opportunity for your little one to get active, develop teamwork, and learn basketball in a fun, welcoming environment.

Program Goals

The Elk River Strength & Speed program offers each participant the opportunity to become a better athlete through a sound strength and speed development program.  This program has proven to assist its participants to have greater success in their respective sports.

The three primary goals of the program are:

• To decrease the chance of injury for each participant

• To give each participant a greater chance to reach his/her potential

• To help increase each participant’s self-confidence

Program Designs

Each session is designed as follows:

• Warm-up/Flexibility

• Speed/Agility Work

• Strength Training

• Core Strength/Abdominal work

Each strength-training program is individualized and based on each individual’s strength level.

Join the Elk River girls high school players and coaches for a skills development and conditioning camp!

Please note the session that your player will attend corresponds to the grade she will be entering in the fall of 2025.
